Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Poker Lobbys website handles personal data. The product dashboard at app.pokerlobbys.com has its own sign-up and is covered by the terms shown when you subscribe.

What data is processed

Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms (pixel and WhatsApp), when you accept measurement cookies or message us on WhatsApp.
- Hostinger, the company hosting the site and generating access logs.
- Public authorities, where legally required.
- We do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Access logs: for the period in art. 15 of the Brazilian Internet Act (6 months). Pixel data: for the period Meta defines in its own policies. Your cookie choice: in your browser, until you clear this site's data. WhatsApp conversations: for as long as support lasts and any applicable legal period.
Your rights
Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) gives you the right to:
- confirm whether we process your data
- access the data
- correct incomplete or outdated data
- request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data
- request portability to another provider
- know who we share it with
- refuse consent and learn what happens if you do
- withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of them, write to support@pokerlobbys.com. We reply within 15 days.
How to change your cookie choice
You can change your mind at any time. Clear this site's data in your browser and the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose afresh. Declining removes no functionality from the site.
Under 18s
This site is intended for people aged 18 or over and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you know of a case, write to support@pokerlobbys.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the site.
